What are your opinions of the budget rear bumpers [just the bumper, not the carrier portion]?

I agree with Mattgt. I think it is personal preference. I personally have RR with carrier and I love it. It was a PITA to get it on, but it's solid and no rattles so far.

The RR is really not that hard to get on. Once you get over the visual appearance of the brackets they send and how they rest on the frame it was cake. The brackets look un even and like theya re goign to fall off before you bolt them on. I got my stock bumper off and the RR on by myself in about 45 minutes (including installing a new hitch). have fun shopping and on the install

Hey I have the RR with a carrier and I have a 35 inch tire on the back, BUT the damn three prong holder will not accept wheel lugs. I have to use locking nuts which come loose and the wheel wobbles. Any suggestions or similar problems??
