Lots of grinding but for price a little sweat can save a lot of funds.

get a pair of rugged ridge side armor guards. No drilling, no grinding, no hammering, no pre fab whats so ever no other washers needed and they fit like a glove. Install time 15mins.

I have all smittybilt SRC and Never had a problem. My buddy has all XRC and his went on as well as mine with the exception of a little drilling to make the bolt hole larger. I installed my rockers in a half hour by myself. Any minor fitment problems can be taken care of with a drill in 2 seconds. I'm not trying to bash you but if you cannot fix the bolt hole line ups with a drill bit, you probably shouldn't be tackling the install in the first place IMO.
