Default Finally got my Smittybilt XRC fenders......

I installed the front yesterday(about 4.5 hours) and am installing the rears today. I bought my JK in April and after installing two other set of fenders (can be seen on my profile pics) The first set looked good in pictures but turned out to feel cheep and flimsy. The second set was way better, felt solid but couldn't take a bump very well. After installing the XRC fenders I stood in awe of the strength, fit and finish and overall quality. I will post pics of the rear after they are on....

All said and done, to do both the front and the rear took me about 12-13 hours... (in my driveway) I would not try to do these again by myself. Four hands would have made it go a lot faster...That being said. I am 100% satisfied with these, solid as a rock.

I don't think they are, but until someone with a badge tells me they aren't I'm going rock them as is. Worse case I'll have to run a rubber extension....

have seen them on several local jeeps, can't decide if I like them.

Depends on the other mods done on the Jeep, some look good with the fenders others don't.

not for me.

Interesting USA decals on the hood....yet you are in Canada?

To the OP:
The fender are a love/hate as far as looks and function and classic Jeep lines.
The call is all yours!

If it makes you feel better. I was born and raised in the U.S. I put them on more a tribute to the birth of the Jeep in 1941.
