Default Smittybilt Armor.......any opinions?

Alright guys, anyone have an experience with the smittybilt fender armor? I think it looks pretty good when done right. Anyone have fitment issues? Is the quality good for the price?

For those of you who don't have it, opinions are always good. You think they're butt ugly...please say so. I want to hear the general census on them.

I like the look I just worry about how they would hold up wheeling, I figure it wouldnt take much to mess them up bad

Looks awesome, installment sux! Horrible horrible fitting and u have to have tiny little hands to wrench a few bolts. I was wheeling and couldn't get on this ledge, so i had to back out a super steep downgrade with my girlfriend behind me telling me where to go. Needless to say i smashed into a tree and not even a scratch. Held up real nicely.

I love the look of them. I was debating a lift or these fenders, cause 33"s and both wouldn't look right. So i chose just the lift.

When I go bigger tires, I'll definitly get a set of these, love the look.

Ya that's my thought. I have a lift waiting to be put on this spring....once I replace my 33's with 35's, ill consider these. I saw a black jku with these and the two different blacks along with the beefiness of it all looked awesome. I have a 2 door, so it'll just be a mini tank haha

I've heard tons of reviews of them fitting like shit seems like its common with smittybilt there stuff is cheap for a reason, now I said that watch my xrc 8 winch crater on me this weekend after installing it rofl also I think those fenders look weird even with big ass tires they just don't look right from the front.

I don't have their armor but I have their rock rails and they were a bitch to install. Major fitment issues. They look great now that they're on though.

Looks wise I think the side armor is awesome. If you like it I say go for it, just prepare yourself for the shitty install. It'll be worth it in the end.
