Default slight metal grinding noise from front tires

first post here since getting new jeep. I have a 2016 JKU with 20k miles on it, it has 35's with aftermarket wheels. I am hearing what sounds like slight metal grinding noise from the front tires when driving it, as well when I jack it up and spin wheels I hear it as well. I have put new rotors and pads on and it still the same from both sides. any idea what it might be? hub bearing? I am at a lost and am going to take to dealership this week but would like your guys opinion as well. thank you.

Is it possible that the balancing weights are catching on the brake calipers/ bracketry? I had that issue with my 15" wheels and sticky weights.

Clips from pads? Something between pad and rotor maybe?

Have you checked your heat shields? They're incredibly annoying and make a grinding sound if they're even SLIGHTLY contacting the back of the rotor.

Simply pull it back with your hands. Sometimes if you bend one side back, the opposite side will contact the rotor. In this scenario I usually take the tire off and visually inspect/make sure it's not contacting the back of the rotor. A pry bar or a flat head will help.

I'm 99% sure this is your issue. The grinding sound is only coming from the front, right?
