Default Slight brake pull?!?

I had 35's on my jk. I put new front brake pads on it, and ever since, the first second the brakes activate and the last second before they release, the steering wheel tugs to the left and goes back to center with no pull. I took the caliper slides off and re greased them. Still pulls. I had to trade my jeep for better gas mileage and four doors, so I can't do work and give answers, but I need to feel connected to jeeps somehow, and this forum is it. I was just curious if anyone had the same issue.
