I used 1/4 x 2 gusseted bar to the frame in 4 places. seemed pretty stable..atleast with a jack lifting and the guys up on it for the technical JUMP test
Time will tell.
The tube is 2 x 3 x 1/4 wall and the pipe is 1-1/4 x sch 40

i got the 6 mounts on the factory holes to the body and 2 frame mounts on each side.

Doc, your right on, I kinda like the straight out tubing.....the frame mounts are what really gives the KING KONG tuffness. They look great Doc, great work.
I want to se 2K2Wrangers next, thoughs 2 Brothers defenitely have the talent to also make a strong set of Rock Rail.

Nice job, they look really good. Are you going to powder coat them?

Was curious about your setup as well. What tires are those and did you do any lift or spacers?
