Default Skyjacker Control Arm Bushings and shock question

I already know that the lift is about as low end as you can get. It was on my Jeep when I purchased it. I have one little problem the control arm bushings are worn on the passenger rear side. I am looking at replacing them and am looking for a alternative manufacture so that they might last longer. As for the control arms they are the ones that come with the 4" short arm lift . Also At replacing all the rusted skyjacker shocks with some bilstine 5150 shocks if anyone has a part number would be greatly appreciated.
