Default Side air bags...

How can I disable these? Is it something as simple as a fuse?

I will be the first to ask "why?"

If you are worried about the going off while wheeling, don't. They won't unless you are in real trouble.
If you are working on the seat and don't want them to go off, disconnect the wiring under the seat and/or disconnect the battery.

I got the trek armor seat covers. I knew they were not compatible when I bought them. I don't even wanna know what would happen if they do go off. I figured it would be easy to disable them.

That's probably the first time anyone has come up with an answer to "why" that almost makes sense.

You will be no worse off than I am (no side air bags from factory).
I still don't know where the fuse is. I searched and didn't find it. Maybe stop by and ask a jeep service guy at the dealer.

Let us know if you find it.
