I will be the first to ask "why?"
If you are worried about the going off while wheeling, don't. They won't unless you are in real trouble.
If you are working on the seat and don't want them to go off, disconnect the wiring under the seat and/or disconnect the battery.

You will be no worse off than I am (no side air bags from factory).
I still don't know where the fuse is. I searched and didn't find it. Maybe stop by and ask a jeep service guy at the dealer.
Let us know if you find it.
