Default Shrockworks Semigloss VS textured finish?

I know I want to go with a Shrockworks stubby. The question is, has anyone seen the textured flatblack finsh vs. the semigloss black? Better yet, can someone post a pic???

Anyone order recently.... what was their time to ship?

PLEASE help me make a decision here....

well textured flat black may grab and hold more dirt, but i think it would look better. semi-gloss only if you like to keep em gloss.

The semigloss is slightly more thick than texture, it is our std. powdercoat so it's ordered in bulk and really layed on. The texture coat itself doesn't coat as thick but looks great and matches the fenders (Rubicon) very well. Both are pretty durable.

There are some close ups of texture here:

A couple of semigloss half way down the side:

and some better close ups of the semigloss (not on a JK):

I love the textured, it matches with the factory plastic pretty well as Nick mentioned. I don't see an issue with holding dirt (it's not anywhere as thick as the gator hide stuff from River Raider looks).

I think this picture shows the texture the best:

Tony, thanks for the close-up. It really shows the detail. I think I like the textured look better.

Th textured looks great! The glossy finishes are a pain to keep looking good- plus the slightest tree branch will leave a noticable scratch.

i have everything Shrockworks makes for the JK in Glossy

matches the factory black better

its not too glossy, but cleans up really well since its really smooth finish, also duplicolor semi gloss spray paint is pretty much an exact match so touch up is a breeze

Tony,

Thanks for the pic!!! That shows the texture quite nicely. I like the finish. Now if I could just find a way of avoiding the 10 week wait to get one!
