shrockworks rear bumper

Ive got one. Very sturdy and satisfied. I bought mine used so there was no lead time.
Who figured out how to replace the rear lights? Please share? What did you replace them with. My driver side light is intermittent.
Thanks

I believe he has a way to slip a thin wrench under the screw holding the bracket below the light from outside the bumper. Loosen the nut, turn around the lamp assembly and you can replace the bulb. Reverse steps and tighten back down. Have not tried myself, yet.

I have most of the Shrockworks products including front and rear bumpers, rock rails, tire carrier, and cargo rack. The bumper has really held up over the years. I'm not all too happy with the leaning rack. It's not dramatic, but it's annoying. It's the way it's designed for whatever reason.

Really like mine. Took ten months to get in 2008. Friend of mine ordered for his '12 and it took him about six months to get. His install wasn't quite as satisfying as mine--he complains (bear in mind he's very critical of anything he buys) that the rack leans back a bit. Mine has been bumped enough times that it's difficult to blame any leaning on Shrockworks at this point (LOL). It is built tough and heavy. Both of us needed to swap out our rear springs on 2.5" TF coil lifts for the OME HD springs to counteract the added weight from that and other mods--but the springs work well when running very heavy (as we do for overlanding). Here are a few pics of his and mine ...
Friend's Jeep before he swapped out the springs (it was this trip I told him he needed to do it, so we did upon return to his home).
I would recommend if you can find some LED lights to install for the back-up lights that you do so. Changing out a back-up bulb in the bumper is a bit of a pain, plus the amperage incandescents draw is a bit high for the wiring (though I've never had a problem).

I've been told the Rigged Ridge SR-Q lights are almost a perfect fit. Never checked into myself, though.
