Shrockworks Front Bumper UPDATE
#81
eddie (or anyone) do you guys think it would be ok to ride bumper-less? how far do those frame rails stick out? you think it would look weird? i really dont like the look of the stock but can't afford anything right now, and i dont own anything to hack the stock into a stubby.
what to do?

I don't think you would have a problem in TX. Iv seen plenty of guys riding around with no bumpers. Tho id suggest leaving the metal part of the stock bumper on and finding somewhere to put the license plate so you don't get harassed by the police. There might be some law against it but I doubt the police would enforce or even know about it.

Cut it down to a stubby, use a swiss army knife, that would make you a hero. If you take the whole bumper off, you'll just want the Shrockworks or whatever even more. I think the stock stubby is really a good looking mod.

Hey im4degreesaboveu, just find a local Jeep club to help you out. Hell, if you were in SoCal, I'd chop it down and make it look real pretty for you for FREE. I did for doojer
