There is a place/holes for a lisc plate. If you have a winch, it sits above the fairlead, otherwise it sits where the fairlead would be....down lower than the pic below. You can also get a clip mount that clips it to a roller fairlead...or make one with Mag-lite clips.

The two holes arent there in the proto. I dont run one. I've had one $25 ticket in 20 years.

This is a photochop, but will give the idea.

Ordered mine tonight. I don't have a Jeep yet and this is my very first purchase towards modification.

I look forward to the rock rails, I'd have ordered tonight if they had them.

I'm with Happy C and a few others, LOVE the simple design but a slightly wider version to squeeze in the factory fogs would be better for my tastes. I do like the less than full width bumpers and happy to see a more finished looking product than the PJ.

i like the look of the 2 bars together but the tri-bar look is too much and really takes away from the simplicity of this. and i for one am going to say that i don't care much for the ability to put lamps on the bumper. i think i like the window mounted lamps the best. just my opinion.

I dont like the glare on the hood with the window mount lights personally. We can leave the light tabs off if you want. On the tube, my personal preference is none or the winch height hoop....tough call. Everyone's tastes are different. Good to have options!

Does the winch hoop stand vertical, lean forward, or lean backward?

It leans forward a little. I forgot to take a side shot but it is very similar to this one.

Default Front Plate

I'll have to figure out where I want to mount that front plate. I got a ticket last year for not having one on my Jetta. In Montana it's $120 and they reduce it to $60 if you get a plate on right away.

I ordered the textured powder coat, no bars. Prior to this I was looking for something that would allow for the stock lights but not as concerned now. I like the tabs on top for mounting, that will be enough for me.

Now I just need a Jeep I can put it on.

I wonder if I can mount the bumper on my Jetta until the Jeep arrives.

Hey Beel, I bet that would be one fine lookin' Jetta! Might as well throw a lift and 35's on it too!
