Should I upgrade Dana 30 to 44 instead of re-gearing, etc?

To that point, considering this:

Running 315's with open diff 3.21's for 17 months. Mosty overland style wheeling with some rocky NY mountains and heavy snow as well.
I bought the Mopar crate axles, 4.10's and elockers. Best of both worlds, open for street driving and locked if needed.
Got a grand for the stock axles, made the choice very easy for me.
I have used the lockers(rear) once so far and am very impressed
