They're more suitable for heavy trucks. They do look GREAT and are tough, well made tires. Just too heavy.
Maybe if you have a reinforced D44 or PR44. But if you're already going to push your luck with a 35" or larger on a D30, you should try to find the lightest tire, not the heaviest.
I replaced my D30 with a Rubi D44 + sleeve and gussets. I still won't consider Nitto's.
