Default shop alignment vs do it yourself

Wondering if there is anything that a off road or professional shop can do that I cannot when performing an alignment. I know how to adjust the the steering wheel using the drag link and have done so several times after lifting my 2010. Is there more a reputable shop can do than this? Is it worth it to take it to them once in a while to have the toe, caster, and pinion angles/levels checked?

don't waste your time and money. unless you have an adjustable front track bar and control arms, the only thing an alignment shop will charge you for is recentering your steering wheel. if you have the other components needed to do a full alignement, you can do it yourself using this write-up
