Default Shocks for a 1.5 lift

I have a 1.5" lift on my 2 door Jk with rusty/squeeky shocks (an unknown white brand) that are in need of replacing. Am I able to replace these with OMEs or Bilsteins 5100. The quadratec shock advisor lists them as fitting a 1.5 lift, but the actual description of the shocks show that that the OMEs are for a 2-2.5 lift, and that the Bilsteins are for a 2-3.5 lift.

Any brand that comes in the correct length will work. If your white shocks are the right length for your existing setup, then take off one front and one rear and measure the maximum and minimum length. Look up the specs for the shocks you want to buy on the manufacturer's Web site and pick the length that matches what you have.

Are these longer than stock? If so, how much longer?

Stay with the stock shock size. It's ok up to two inches.
