Default Shock upgrade

Just looking for back up to my almost made up mind of what shocks to go with...
I am unhappy with the shocks I have on my JK now, and am looking to upgrade to a better set up.
I am looking at the Fox JK 2.0 IFP shock, I feel I don't really need to go with the remote res. shocks but am looking at a much better shock than I have...
I'm getting a bunch of body roll and "twitching" on road with the shocks I have now, I feel my springs more than I should,,, off road they are not too bad, but I feel they could be better!!
Does any body out there run these?
Can anybody give me some input about this shock? Or maybe a reason to spend even more $$$ for the remote res. shocks???
My Jeep is a go everywhere, do everything jeep, D.D. and toy... so an all around really good shock is what I am looking for...
Thanks....

I've heard really good things about TF's new Elka shocks.

Unless you are going to drive off road for extended periods where the shocks really need to dissipate a lot of heat, you don't need the remote reservoirs.

The Fox shocks are great but they tend to ride because the valving has a bit more of an off road bias. If you want a great dual purpose shock with excellent road manners I recommend the Bilsteins.

Shocks aren't really meant to control body roll. I'm a big fan of bilstiens. The HD shocks they have sound like what you would want.

O.M.E. Smooth on-road but designed to take a beating off-road.

Been very happy with mine. Never had bilsteins but have ridden in Jeeps with them and prefer the OME

I quite like my Elkas They are on the pricey side. I'm glad I spent the money on them.
