Default Shock Setup?

Ive got my vice ready to go but what do i need to put the bushings in my new shocks? what type of Lube? I cant find a write up and i have never done it before and my kit did not come with any instructions. I know it should be pretty simple looking at it but i jsut want to make sure im straight.

Liquid soap will work, just a little goes a long way. Also, soap won't eat your bushings, if they are poly bushings high temp grease (it's bright silver) keeps 'em from ever squeeking.

Be prepared to get a little frustrated since those suckers are a PITA until you get them lined up just right!
