Shitty parts
So I bought a rubicon express 3.5" lift . After the install was done it had extreme death wobble , so I took it to the local 4x4 shop so that they could figure it out. After multiple shake down runs they figured out that the brand new track bar was flexing when steering the wheel. Now I have to buy a quality track bar. No problem I just want to fix the issue , just super disappointed in the quality of the rubicon express parts. Anybody else have issues like this with brand new parts?

Was the torque on the bolts actually checked? Not to stick up for a component I haven't used, but why not check the bolts and/or replace the trackbar with your new 'quality' component to verify that it was actually the problem before blasting them.

I got the RE 2.5" since I'm not intending to wheel or mud, and I had to add a better steering stabilizer to the mix. Even at that, I've had a time or two when I nearly left the hwy and thought I would crap my pants!
It was a death wobble afaik, but it wasn't fun either. I'm ok to keep the speed down now and feel safe.
I had to brake heavily on the hwy once too and the rig bucked like a bronco, also a white knuckle event.
I can't ay these are problems causes by the RE parts apposed to any other lift or even stock, this is just my experience in a wrangler with 315's and a 2.5" lift.
