Default Share your tips on how to plastic weld on a stock bumper (stubby)

OK, I've seen several shots of do-it-yourself stubbies on stock front bumpers. Some use the caps and some have "plastic welded" the bumper. I think the welding option looks best but how the hell do you do that and make it look so good?

Please share your techniques.

Plastic welding not really all that hard. A lot of practice. Practice first with the pieces that were cut off. Make sure you have the right filler rod. It's matter of how much air pressure, speed, and rod.
