Default Seeking for a "COMPLETE" 2.5-3 inch lift on my JK 4 door

am trying to write down a list of stuff to make a
complete 2.5 - 3 inch lift on my JK.
So far, I plan the following

MUST have:

4 dual rate spring
4 shocks
front/rear adjustable track bar (or bracket, not sure which is better)
front sway bar quick disconnect
extended rear sway bar link
front/rear brake line relocation bracket
bump stop
coil retainer

something that make alighment adjustment possible
I belive I have a choice of
front/rear upper/lower adjustable control arm (fully adjustable)
just lower adjustable control arm
caster cam ( some lift kit claim just the cam can do the job)
not sure which one is better.

Optional

High Clearance Steering upgrade
new flat top steering knuckle (to make the tie rod mount higher)
drop down pitman arm (stronger)
stronger tie rod
stronger drag link
bigger steering damper

Front/Rear Drive Shaft with double U joint
may not be necessary since it is just a mild lift
and my JK is 4 door, i.e. long wheel base

Sounds like the OME LT kit fits 90% of that.

You'll pay through the nose for a full set of control arms and I doubt they're necessary for the kind of lift you're looking for. Front LCAs will solve most of your problems.

Lots of people on here dislike cam bolts. The fact that AEV just "conceded" the cam bolt issue by releasing control arm relocation brackets would seem to indicate that the cam bolt haters have the better argument.

The steering damper is soooo cheap that you might as well throw it in as well.

Thanks for the comments.

Yes, Old Man Emu long travel lift kit
is the most complete 3 inch kit I found so far.

It comes with almost everything i mentioned before, but it is quite expensive,
about 1500 dollars on the link below.

My question is, is it worth it? Do you know any other kit that is similar
but much less expensive?

Default About setting caster angle

One more question

For this mild 3 inch suspension lift. There seem to be 4 ways to set the caster angle?

Adjustable Low Control Arm only
Adjustable High Control Arm only
Both Low and High Adjsutable Control arm
Cam Bolt

Which way gives the best result and also most affordable?

Thanks

Most affordable = Cam Bolts.

Much better option = Front Lower Adj CA's

Remember to do some research on whichever lift you decide on to find out the 'actual' lift height. You don't want to be blindsided with 4+ inches of lift from some 2.5" coils and having to buy more components. (ie. OME HD coils are 3-4" actual, TF 2.5" coils are 3-4" actual, TF 3" coils are 4-5" actual - depending on model and added weight...)

You may also want to go back up to the FAQ's and re-read ones like this:
Q: What are all the components that I will need with a 3" lift?

If you go with Cams, remember that you'll have to get the holes welded back up if you ever decide to go to adjustables.
Front uppers are cheaper than lowers, and will get you the caster you need on a mild lift. Front lowers have a better range of adjustability, and are easier to install. Rear uppers will be needed if you replace the rear driveshaft. Rear lowers will be used to fine tune the rear axle position in the wheel well.
