Seat Belt Extenders - Fixing the constant locking belt
Research shows buying a seat belt extension will stop the seat belt from constantly locking up and chocking my rear passengers.
However, when I look up the part (5083695AA) it appears that it's a basic 3" extension and I don't see how that could have any effect on the "spool" functionality of the seat belt. Am I missing something? This extension only appears to be for "large" people that need a few extra inches.
Has anyone purchased these and did it fix the problem?
