Satellite Radio

Have any of you had this problem. I recently installed a Bestop Trektop NX on my two door JK and when I fold the front part of the soft top back I lose my satellite radio signal. As soon as I fold the soft top back and latch it down the radio comes in great. Cannot figure out how I could be getting such an interference to the radio with the soft top open. Any suggestions?

The antenna is located on top of the roll bar above the passengers head. You are probably blocking the antenna when the top is folded back.
