40k!? Holy crap. Maybe if it was a rubi, maybe. I can go buy a brand new rubi and still have money left over for that price.

 

But it has so many mods , like the locking gas cap those are hard to get and rare

 

go get it appraised at a dealer for trade-in. let us know the value they give ya.
