Yea...They have about 1'' hard rubber stops on the shock shaft! And also you dont have to worry about aggravating shock boots either with the RC 2.2!

Both have bump stops. RC is external, and Rusty's is internal. Having the external might be nice for removing mud/dirt, but they may degrade quicker.

More testing...

Default 2.2

Love my 2.2s. They handle great on the road and off. So people say they are a little rougher ride but I cannot realy tell the difference. I third trying both sets.

really like my RC 2.2's. Thinking about getting them for my Z71 as well and my 77' K. They are stiff but smooth.

I received the kit. YES! And it came with extras...

A tire relocation bracket for a TJ. Skyjacker rear sway bar links. These will be put to good use.

It also came with these. What are they?

I have the rusty's shocks. One shock had a bushing go bad, but the ride quality has been great.

LIFT is IN!!! Onto Rausch Creek next weekend, 1/31, for testing.

I put in the Rusty's shocks first. Impression: stiffer than stock, but that is not unexpected. Ran over a railroad track, and I wasn't bounced around as much as stock. Nice.
