I have these arms from Rustys! I love them, and have had no problems with the arms. On road improved when I installed the arms, the Jeep feels more linear. I wheel pretty hard to, and I am fairly sure my flex has improved with these arms. I have them on a 2010 Rubicon on 37's.

It would be nice if someone could put pictures, flexed ones...
Even better if we could compare with some other system, like stock, rock krawler max travel, TF...

Can you post some pics of them?

I don"t have Rustys system but had a set of radius arms custom made. This is the best pic I have of them flexed.

I've been running the 3.25 Advanced kit for about 10,000 miles now with no issues...drives great on hwy and around town. Off road it has plenty of flex and always drives the same after a good wheelin. The only thing lacking is they have not produced the adjustable rear uppers yet...I'm waiting on a set so I can correct rear pinion angle to install new shafts. I'll take some pics of my JK here at the house and post them later..

Has anyone had an issue greasing these things? No matter how much grease I push into them they always squeak really badly. I don’t know how the grease will get to the ball of the joint anyway. The plastic parts that hold in the metal ball just about touch and when pushing the grease it never makes it into that joint it just squashes out the side of the joint. I have to constantly take the arms off and pull them apart and have to pack the joint by hand. Pulling these things apart by yourself all the time is getting real old and real hard to do. I called Rust’s and asked what type of grease they recommended, Lucas red and tacky. Still squeaks so bad you can hear me coming from a mile away.

The plastic pieces, can't you just lap them on a piece of sandpaper? This would adjust the amount of grease to the joint, right?
