Rusty's new JK Wrangler control arm system was patterned off our proven trail tested tough long arm suspension. This system is completely bolt-on and replaces both the factory upper and lower control arms. The massive 2 inch DOM lower control arms and upper link arms are fully adjustable and feature our forged flex joints with an OEM style rubber bushing at the axle. All of Rusty's arms are finished in a glossy black powder coating for maximum protection and great looks. This system comes with Flex Joint wrenches which used to adjust the pre-load on the flex joint and to service them. The Rusty's control arm system will work with vehicles at stock height up to 6 inches of lift.
thanks

I found out that it is called a Radius Arm System.

It is design to correct the Pinion Angle and Caster after lifting a vehicle.

Here is an installation video for the Rusty 3.25" Advanced Kit that uses Rusty Front Control Arm System.

buddy had them on his jeep, ran into some issues with them after a while, but he also wheels pretty often.

He had to cut off the stock mounting points then had to weld some back on to install beefy control arms

Maybe rusty's can chime in on this as to what could have been the issue or cause of this

I would think that the lower mount would need to be reinforced, esp considering Chrysler designed the lower mount to split the torque/stress with the upper mounts.

lift was around 4", 35" Mud tires, can't remember what brand. After a while he was complaining about the on-road stability. We went out on some pretty good trails in Utah last week and afterwards we traded rides. i didn't like the way his felt on the road - could be many things, 2dr vs 4dr, model year '07 vs '10, full mud tire vs Falken WildPeak etc... but I used to have a 2 dr lifted with 35's and don't remember it feeling that loose on the road. Trying to remember what damage he had - something about bending the mounting point on the upper control arm and it hasn't been right ever since.
On the flip side, I have other friends that have Rusty's on XJ and they love it - no issues.
