Rusty's 3.25 lift
Well I'm kind of going to be doing the whole frankenlift thing, and in looking ot buy the right shocks, I am unsure what kind of -actual- lift the Rustys 3.25 springs will net me. Anyone know?
Any suggestion on shocks? (brand/price--best bang for buck thing)
Also, with me having a Rubicon and the electric discos', what kind of sway bar links should I be looking at--if any?
Appreciate the feedback.

I started out with the TF 2.5" BB and switched the front out to the Rusty's 3.25" coils and am very pleased with the results. I don't recall what I started with at stock but with 35" tires the bottom of the front fender is 41" from the ground. Also, I don't have any aftermarket equipment on the front weighting it down. Hope that helps.

Awesome cool. Did you say you were running 3/4" spacers front and rear?
I'm looking at doing the rusty's coils and either a body lift or 3/4" spacers if the shocks will extend far enough. How do you like the rough country shocks with the spacer?
are you running shock extension brackets or did the standard 2.2 shocks that were with your 2.5" lift work with nearly 4" added stroke?

Awesome thanks.
I wonder if the rusty's shocks themselves would be decent.
Appreciate the response/information. Can't wait to get rolling on this all

yeah that's what I was thinking. Depending on how their shocks are/perform I may just take a look at doing the rusty's basic kit and add some lower control arms and call it a day. Certainly cheaper than going with a 4" basic kit and buying trackbars F/R, control arms, etc separately.
and if I'm sitting at 3.5" (and extra what.. 60-80$ for spacers), then I'm a happy camper.

As for the sway bar links, Curries are real nice and affordable at $65 for the pair. They use Johnny joints and are adjustable
