Well jeepmojo, here it is after 10 days. It was cured after 3. I have been afraid to paint her. Maybe I'll get up enough guts to get it done this weekend.

Default looks good

mines worse than yours & mines a 2012 & up north though lol and i bought that stuff you did .

as you can see it looks ok till the flash of camera hits it lol
im not breathing in toxic crap that stuff is nasty to breath in
not to mention it will still get rusty again with out a doubt and the gas tank skid looks the same as mine pain in the @ss
dam rust buckets is what they are ( yould spend your life under there trying to follow where its rusting like a cancer ) and most likely die trying to prevent it lol

* Like the scull whered you get it ? that will be the only spot it wont rust again

the flat blk looks good too what brand did you buy ?

Thanks jeepmojo! I am happy with it today but know it will be work to keep it looking like this. I need to move up toward the front as well, but that would be a full time job for the next 5 months. LOL!! A little at a time I guess.....by the time I get to the front I'll probably have to start back over from the rear again.

My JKU has hints of the PUNISHER all around it (Brass Knuckles as front grab bar, custom Punisher logoed seats, punisher logoed fire extinguisher) so I was just keeping this going. The PUNISHER Skull I painted on here is homemade. All I did was put blue paint tape on a table, drew out the punisher skull to meet specific dimensions, cut it out like a template, stuck it where I wanted to on the diff, painted and walla.... (if you ever do this, take the tape off when the last coat has only dried for 15 minutes. Otherwise the outline will peel)

The paint I used was this Specialty High Heat Spray Product Page 1
Home Depot in both Flat Black and White.

I power washed and degreased my belly really well then brushed Loctites new rust stopper on. Let that dry for 24 hours, then brushed on POR 15, let that dry 24 hours, then VHT high temp black. Thought about doing bedliner or rubber undercoat, but I really need to start thinking about saving weight lol. More poor girl is a 300lbs away from 7k

i mean , i understand why and all but ONE HAS TO WONDER if youl get cancer in ten years from dealing with all that crap for long hours under there . and theres still going to be rust somewhere else when you look again in a few months my area more so maybe down south the moisture isnt so bad , but here it rusts before the paint drys or right after
