Default Running with no muffler?

Saw a jk yesterday with the muffler cut out and I thought it sounded good, I like stuff really loud and obnoxious so just wondering if it would be bad for my motor at all and what kind of things would it change? Right now I have a flowmaster super 44 off road muffler but it's not loud enough for me. Is it bad to run with out a muffler?

I have been running without one for about a month now. No problems just an obnoxious drone. It's really not good sounding inside the jeep.

Nothing really changed at all. I took it off cause I think the factory one looks like a big turd hanging out from under the jeep. Glasspack may sound cool. Ad a little pop to it to keep it from droning

I've had mine off for a few days, I think it sounds awesome. Not too bad of a drone, but really nice accelerating through the lower rpm range... I put a magnaflow muffler on and it didn't sound any different from stock, I'm leaving it without the muffler for now

IMO,Stupid place for a muffler anyways.
Figuring on putting an in-line glass pack,
and running the tailpipe out the closest
side. I'm sure it'll give me a few more
inches of clearance in the rear angle.

What's everyone else think?

I'm running a Dynomax muffler tucked up beside my frame under the rear passenger seat, just like their Rock Krawler system. Sounds awesome, and gets rid of that monstrosity out back.
