I have an XHD also. i will snap some pics for you. There is nothing wrong with running the winch mount without a winch. If you think you want a winch, don't buy the light mount bumper. Tehy are pretty tough to sell b/c everybody wants a winch. You can also get a fairlead that has light mounts on it so you can have the bumper light look with winch functionality. I have the XHD stubby with hoop and lockable ends. these are also pretty neat and I have not seen anyone mention these yet. They look like the standard ends but have a lockable lid to store things in. Supposed to be water proof, but I have not tested that yet. black magics on teh fairlead and winch complete my set up. You will not be disappointed

I will snap some tonight and post them, they are pretty cool. Found them on EBAY for 205 free ship instead of the 250 + ship every where else

I have the front and rear Rugged Ridge bumpers and they are great. I have no experience with the rear tire carrier though.

Storage ends...

I got mine on ebay $220 for the pair shipped. For $40 more i figured what the hell its a cool feature.

I changed out the lock cylinders though, the ones that come on it are garbage.
