Rugged Ridge XHD Bumper on a 2013 - vacuum canister question

If I have the non winch mounting XHD bumper, does the vacuum canister still need to be removed?

I don't think it does. It's the recessed winch plate that interferes with that vacuum. RR does sell the relo bracket cheap for the winch mount XHD bumpers as well.
