I've got the Rugged Ridge handles mounted in the corner of the windshield. They work great for getting in the Jeep. It's a better location than the handles on the roll bar. I also have the handles on the roll bar, but I don't use them to get in the Jeep.
You can see a bit of the handle in this pic. It doesn't block the view out the windshield.
