Exclamation Rugged Ridge Throttle Body Spacer HELP!

I dunno if this is normal or not.....i never put in a spacer before but, after i installed the throttle body spacer today i started the engine and she started just fine but when i reved the engine, she wouldnt rev higher than 3k but durning the short drive i took around my neighborhood she SEEMED to drive fine under normal driving conditions and when i pulled up to my house my gf was out front and we both can tell that the Rubi is a lil more "jumpy" so i reved engine again and she went up to 4k.....so i left engine run for about 20 min and the revs didnt go any higher when i tried......

Is this normal behavior for the engine with the throttle body spacer?
Does the computer just need to gain memory for the new part?
Did i do something wrong?
----I installed just as the instructions said so.....with the logo up

Any info on this would help......i know im not the only one on here with a Rugged Ridge Throttle Body Spacer

Thanks in advance (unless u tell me u think i cracked my throttle body! lol)

HAPPY JEEPIN EVERYONE!!!!

I know my 2010 will not rev above 3k if it's in park. A computer thing.
Not sure about neutral.

I never reved the engine before this so I wasn't sure if it was a rev limiter or not..... Phew! That makes me feel better!

I would take it off and sell it. They do absolutely nothing to help with performance

X2,right they do nothing,if anything you'll see a slight decrease in mileage,no power gains,want gains,"programer"
