Default Rugged Ridge A/T Fender Flares.

I've been eye balling these for a while. I think $580 to $600 for the flares and the liners is a good deal. Some other brands you end up paying $600 or more just for flares.

My question is, how do they compare to the factory ones as far as surface? I'm not too familiar with the description on their site (UV treated thermoplastic). Is it a smooth surface or are they exactly like the stock flares? Which they suck! Can't keep them clean for long without scrubbing.
