thats an add on to the bumper. the bumper alone is very cheap, probably the best deal out there. Here is a thread all about the add ons. https://www.jk-forum.com/forums/modified-jk-tech-2/pic-request-rugged-ridge-xhd-bumper-end-caps-installed-26227/ I will be ordering the bumper tonight but I think I will hold off on the add ons intill I can find a few more pics and reviews of them.

my rugged ridge winch base came in Friday. Looks really rugged.... and weighs a ton. Don't like the Powder coat job. I will sand it all down and Linex it. I'm still waiting on the ".18" bar attachment. Back order for another couple weeks.

54 lbs...add another 12 for the D-rings
I have not recieved my RRC tube mount yet, but I am told it weighs around 30lb
took me about an hour to put it on, including removal of the stock bumper.
I love mine

I plan on putting the 3/4" spacers ($39.00 Summit) in to level the truck back off after all the installs are done. Garvin Roof Rack is up. Olympic side bars just came out of the Linex Shop, going on today. The bumper won't go on until the RRC Mount comes in. Want to Linex the whole thing at once.

No, its actually a completely different base. it has a recessed area for the winch. the non-winch base does not allow for a winch at all.

as you see there, the fairlead area is non-existant on the non-winch model.

and, below, the recessed area.
