Any opinions on the Rugged Ridge I've seen mixed reviews about RR mods

Mods don't "void the warranty", that said if a specific modification is found to cause an issue with a factory part, Jeep may not cover fixing the problem. I.e. If your lift kit causes issues with your drive line, unless you find a cool dealer, it won't get fixed free of charge. That said, something like your power windows are still covered.

I have their front and rear bumpers. I am the second owner of the jeep. Their warranty is awesome even if you didn't originally purchase the product. The original owner had all the receipts and when I contacted them about the latch showing some surface rust, they just asked for the receipt to show when it was purchased and then shipped me a brand new latching system.
