I'm not sure about the tires... WOL took these photos. They sure do look beefy though

They look nice, but are very high in price. I think just the aluminum end caps for the rear are more than $700 and the front bumper in it's most basic form is about $800

Default question and suggestion xhd Aluminum

I think the new look of the xhd Aluminum is very slick, I do have concerns of the strength of the bumper compared to the all steel version, how is it reenforced to take a beating?
Will storage ends be made for them, as that is a big selling feature to the other xhd bumper so that muddy hooks and tow straps could be stored.

suggestion: I find the gap between the end caps and the fenders to be to big on the old versions as mud, and snow slush soots out the front even on the stock bumpers, I would like to see a angled end cap that is raised to minimize that gap such as off camber's bumper or AEV's.

The strength of the aluminum shouldn't be an issue as long as they use a good grade of aluminum.

Default Response from Omix

I emailed Omix and got a very quick response

"The aluminum used on the new XHD Aluminum bumper is thicker than the steel used on the standard XHD bumper to try and help with the strength. As far as the storage ends or extended ends, at this point we have plans to come out with some of these types of products, but this is a new product and we have to see how sales go before we extend the product line. If the sales on the bumper are great than I can almost guarantee we will have storage ends and other options available, however if sales are just okay, than we likely will not extend the product line.

Thank you
Omix-ADA Tech Support"

Ead has these bumpers for less than anywhere else. I just ordered the rear bumper pods. I'll post more after I get them on
