I have bent the stock tie rod and a MetalCloak one. I am now using a Synergy one and it has taken a beating. It has some scratches and some dings but remains straight. I do not do a lot of long distance trips in the backwoods, I am in the go 2 miles in 6 hours crowd.

I have the rare parts steering upgrade on my jeep. It's extremely heavy duty. I've sold and installed quite a few of them. Very quality product. On me if you would like a price. Available for the drag link and tie rod.
