Or the 2.72:1 low very often? (in lieu of stock 4:1)

2. How tough is the install? (I'd like to be able to put it in myself, if possible)

Thanks!

I'm actually considering it with a 5.38 gear ratio Auto

I just was thinking as a great winter project with a PSC kit.
I just hopefully fixed a rear transfercase leak, by installing a new rear seal, If that don't fix it well I might be removing the transfercase for inspection. And that might be a great excuse to buy one!!!

A used rubicrawler has come up for sale on e bay in the UK. The price is less than £100 ($75) so far, so I'm very tempted to bid.

My question is, how reliable are these units? Is there anything I need to ask about or look out for regarding wear or damage please?

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated

Giles

I'd email advanced adaptors and ask them. They seem durable but if you get it cheap and overseas not always could be to good to be true kinda thing

Too bad they are not available and may never be available for 2012's and newer. From what I hear, there is no empty transfer case behind the new trans.
