Rubicon Owners have problems with the Elec Sway Bar failing?

The problem with it failing for me was that it sent my jeep into limp mode which was unsat. I already had manual disconnects "just in case" but then you are lugging around that big worthless motor once it fails. 2012 Rubicon and it died at 10k miles. Went for a Currie Antirock and never looked back.

Run it until it fails. If it fails before a trail ride then just remove your links for the time being.
Mine lasted 5 yrs and I now run the EVO kit and it's perfect. Quick disconnects do the same thing.

Yes, that happened to me after some water got in before a trip to North Carolina and wouldn't reconnect. Bought the evo and still didn't work..the whole motor was bad. Dealer replaced under warranty and been fine ever since. I use it often too with 85k plus miles.
