hey spooky jeep, the new RE 3.5" kit is a basic setup and one that should work just fine. as has been noted, it does come with cam bolts and i would recommend that you not install them but rather, pick up a set of adjustable lower control arms to set your caster instead. being that RE does not make adjustable lower control arms, you can always get their adjustable uppers to do the same but installing them will require you to cut off the passenger side frame mount bolt and then install a new one in reverse. not that big of a deal but kind of a pain. also, the front track bar shown in their product photo only has one bend in it and this can be a problem if you have an aftermarket diff cover as it will hit it. just a few things to think about.
