Rubicon Express 2 inch spacer lift
I know there is a lot of info about this on the forum, but most is not specific to lifts less than 3 inches, which may be my answer in itself.
I am going to install the RE 2" boost next weekend that comes with:
Coil spacers
Bump stops
Shock extenders
With that-
Do I need to worry about the axles getting off center from this boost?
Do I need to be concerned with the front axle canter and drive shaft?
Some kits have longer sway bar links, this one does not, do I need them?
Some installs say you need an alignment after and some don't, which is it?
Some have brake line extensions and some don't- will I need them?
Do I need a rear track bar bracket as some kits have one?
Any other components that I need to install with this to keep the drivability as close to stock as possible?
I attempted to inform myself, but there is a ton of contradicting info and I'm not including what the local shop has said and it's different dependent on who you speak too. I just want to make it right and not damage other components or drivability with my lack of suspension knowledge.

Word of advice. Don't go with the rubicon express shocks. Get your own. The shocks are horrible, twin tube and monotube. That will keep your ride closer to stock or it will be ruff.

I just had this lift installed two weeks ago by my local Stealership. I can't help you with the technical stuff as I did not do the install but what I can tell you is this:
They charged me about 300 for the install which included the alignment they say it needed. They also upgraded my steering stabilizer which they say needed to be done. The stabilizer was extra.
I used the cheaper monotube shocks.
The ride is MUCH better than stock. Even my wife noticed the difference today. No more heads whipping back and forth when pulling into parking lots and driveways! The beefier steering stabilizer made a big difference even with the smaller 31" tires.
NOTE....pic of my jeep is before lift and Busheacker fenders.
