Has anyone put a winch on this type of RSE bumper or if its even possible? It's 3/16 steel could it be mounted directly to bumper?

 

Welcome to the forums! I believe it is possible. Check out Google images search and you will see few good ones that done it. Most I've seen have Warn winches installed and some nice fairleads. See those warn winch systems and accessories
