Default RR XHD Stubby Owners: HOOP Tilted Inwards or Outwards?

Rugged Ridge XHD Stubby Front Bumper Owners: Do you have your HOOP tilted inwards or outwards?

I just purchased this bumper and wanted to know what everyone is doing with the hoop. I see it attached tilted both inwards and outwards.

Just my opinion, but I think with the hoop outwards, it gives more protection for the winch and the front grill.

I went with inward, IMO it follows the lines of the jeep better when looking at the side profile of the JK... that said, if I end up mounting lights or a winch down the road... I'll probably need to go outward for better clearance. functionwise, outward gives u better brush protection.

I installed mine with the help of another forum memebr who happened to be doing the exact same setup on his 07' JK. He put his bar outward, when another buddy stopped by he didn't even notice we had the bars in defferent directions... it's not very apparent unless you are looking for it.

I would love to see some pics, mine is tilted backwards, but outward could be cool! I have one of mine but it's not great.

Mine has to be inside to make room for the smutty winch. Winch fits fine but remote access is blocked by the bar is turned out. Sucks cuz I prefer out.

Agreed. Here's mine with a Warn 9.5cti. I'll probably turn the hoop around someday just to give it a different look.

Outwards, you can still remove the grill with it in this position.
