Almost done but swing arm and latch do not line up. Only way to line up is to loosen nut holding carrier down at pivot point. That creates "play" in the bearings, which I know is not good. Anyone have this issue? Any advice?

Whole arm wants to swing up on latch side. Also pods are level.

Shaft appears to be bent. Welded in place at a slight angle to the right. Not sure it will work to loosen right side and latch. Stuck for now.

If the shaft is bend, then send it back. Nothing you can do about it now.
