Just throwing it out there to help check off things, nuts/bolts all tight, tire adjusted to sit against carrier, adjusted tailgate stops?

If you can get pics that would help.

Any further info/solution to this? I have that exact rear bumper with the tire carrier on my very short list of next purchases and would like to know of any issues BEFOREHAND....

bumpers with carriers have always been prone to rattling, there are several little fixes and i would contact the OEM for their suggestions first. If you go the route of another carrier, OR-FAB make a great independant carrier that makes NO noise, just a thought
