RR tail light guards only come with 2 screws?

well FML I guess I got screwed. I only have 2 long screws for each side and the 4 spacers for each side. I'm going to contact the seller here but he included a hand not that I only need 2 for each side .
I tried for over an hour on one tail light and there is no way it will work with only 2

I have the RR instruction sheet in front of me. The kit component listing is:
1 x Driver's side rear guard
1 x Passenger's side rear guard
8 x Black plastic taillight lens spacer
4 x Small 2" Philips head screw
4 x Large 2" Philips head screw
If it were me, I'd just head to a local hardware store with one of the stock screws that doesn't fit in hand and look for a screw the same size (diameter/thread pitch) and 2" long. But, if it's convenient to contact the seller, it just sounds like you need to trade screws with him (assuming he removed them and has returned his Jeep to stock).
