Default RPM with gear change

What RPM are you turning at 60MPH with 4.88 gears and 35s? I'm turning 2500 RPM. I have the six speed transmission. I was turning 1900 RPM at 60MPH with the X stock tires.

I assume your asking because it seems high. I just had 4.88 put in and I run 35's too. I havn't done the math yet, I would rather just ignore the 10mpg average Im sure I will see after the first fill up. Wondering if I should of went 4.56. Oh well there in.

Same RPM as you.

Actually, I wouldn't have gone less. The anemic 3.8 needs all the help that it can get. I was just curious because in order for my programmer to indicate the right speed I had to enter my tire size as 33.

You have to trick your programmer? What kind of programmer is it?

It's just a procomp speedometer recalibrator. You enter tire size and and gears and it corrects your speedometer.

I was wondering whet the hell you were talking about.....Then I realized that I'm the dumba** that mistyped...... I did the same typo in another thread. To much work, I guess. I was in Sweden last week and Brazil now. Too many diferent tempuratures and time zones.

Remember it's the actual measured height of the tire diameter which you also lose the squish of the contact patch.
